The company assists employees in resolving housing issues through various means such as public rental housing and shared property rights housing. Currently, some employees have successfully purchased houses through their own efforts, while others have been awarded priority housing selection numbers due to their outstanding contributions. The company genuinely understands employees' needs and helps them overcome difficulties in various aspects, making them feel a strong sense of belonging.

Talent Evaluation

The company evaluates employees based on their work performance, capabilities, contributions, and other factors, offering corresponding benefits such as career advancement, salary adjustments, bonuses, equity incentives, etc. With its own talent pool, the company provides excellent employees with more career development opportunities and matched career paths. 1.For domestic graduates, based on the "Notice on Issuing the Beijing Graduate Employment Management Measures" [2021] No. 22 issued by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, efforts are made to open up new career opportunities for graduates and write a new chapter in their careers.

2. For overseas students, the company utilizes two pathways provided by the Daxing District Talent Service Center for foreign students returning to China, offering double support to provide strong backing for their return and success.

3. For employees with many years of work experience, following the "Notice on Issuing the Beijing Talent Introduction Management Measures (Trial)" [2018] No. 38 issued by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the company actively responds to Daxing District's mature talent introduction policy, striving to fulfill the long-cherished wish of employees who have worked in Beijing for many years to root themselves in enterprises.

4. Regarding points settlement, the company reminds and guides employees to complete their points settlement declaration within the valid time frame each year, providing detailed explanations of the scoring details to help employees better grasp the situation and achieve higher points settlement as soon as possible.
